Shipping Areas: We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post or carbon-neutral couriers.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne studio.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days ($10 flat rate or free for orders over $100).

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days ($15 flat rate).

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your “Symphony of Skincare” is on its way.
Returns & Refunds

Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” once the seal is broken or the product has been used.
